RYÐGAÐ SVERÐ?? Þú ert að tala um Glamdring the Foe-hammer, eða eins og goblinarnir kölluðu það, the Beater. ;) Samt sem áður skiptir það engu máli, ég varð bara að ausa úr brunni visku minnar um LOTR. Mér fannst persónulega FOTR vera einstaklega góð mynd, mér finnst enn að ESB (Empire Strikes Back) sé besta mynd sem að ég hef séð en ég efa ekki að næstu LOTR myndir verða betri en hún, sérstaklega ROTK. (The Return of the King) Það var nú þannig að FOTR var langleiðinlegasta LOTR bókin, TTT...

Afhverju þarf fólk alltaf að hata eitt ef að það elskar annað? Ég fíla Tolkien og Star Wars, hef aldrei komist inn í Star Trek en ég hef enga ástæðu til að hata það eins og margir Star Wars aðdáendur telja sig hafa. Ég þarf ekki að velja á milli Tolkien og Star Wars, það eru frábærar sögur báðar tvær að mínu áliti.

Bah. Expanded Universe er snilld ef að þú velur réttu bækurnar. Nýbúinn með hina frábæru Thrawn trilógíu, Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising og The Last Command. Frábærar bækur eftir frábæran höfund. Ef að þú vilt lesa gæða Expanded Universe bækur lestu þá eitthvað eftir Timothy Zahn og Michael A. Stackpole.

Jú, Soul Reaver 3 kemur út, ég hef reyndar aldrei heyrt um þennan titil á hann þó að hann mundi vel passa :) Þann leik ætla ég að kaupa. Hefur einhver ykkar spilað Blood Omen 2? Er hann kominn á PS2? Ég hef sko ekki PS2, bara PC, svo að ég hef ekki hugmynd um hvenær hann kemur á leikjatölvur. Ég hef heyrt að hann sé ekki nálægt Soul Reaver í gæðum. Ég vona að Amy Henning, skapari leikjanna, sé ekki að missa tökin á Legacy of Kain seríunni. En það gæti líka bara verið bull, það er nokkuð...

Ég er með test útgáfuna af 2.1 og hún er náttúrulega pjúr snilld. En einn góður maður sem að vinnur við DoD, PickItUp (sem býr til hreyfingar í DoD), var að spila á test serverunum og hann sagði meðal annars að það mætti búast við 2.1 mjög fljótt þar sem að það væru líkur á að þetta HLTV dæmi verði bara lagað í 2.2. Sammála þér akarn. Frábærar raddir, frábær saga og frábær spilun. Ef að þið viljið finna meira um það sem var sleppt úr Soul Reaver 1 þá fann ég ágæta síðu… http://www.peak.sfu.ca/~blincoln/lok/SR1.HTML og auðvitað www.noshoth.net. Hún hefur reyndar ekki verið uppfærð lengi en korkarnir eru í fullum gangi.
