Jæja gott fólk. Þetta mun vera Gandalf the White, einn af þeim svölustu og öflugustu í myndunum.

Á þessari mynd er hann í Minas Tirith með Pippinn rétt áður en hið stóra stríð byrjar á milli manna og orka.

Gandalf hefur verið kallaður mörgum mismunandi nöfnum þ.á.m:

Olórin, Mithrandir, The White Rider (er hann varð hvítur, og reið á Shadowfox), Stormcrow, Incánus, Lathspell, Tharkûn, Gandalf Greyhame, Gandalf the Grey og svo að lokum Gandalf the White.

Gandalf er sagður lifa endalöngu lífi, og sé þ.a.l. ,,ódrepandi“.

Gandalfur sást aldrei aftur í Miðgarði eftir að hafa sigrað Sauron, en hann eyddi 2000 árum þar.
