A prostitute told a guy she'd have to charge him $500.00 because she was a virgin. Well, afterwards, he told her he didn't have enough cash on hand to pay her, so he'd send her a check marked “Apartment Rent.” That way no one would get suspicious.

Well, the guy decided he'd been overcharged, so he sent her $250.00 instead with this note attached: “I was very disappointed with the apartment you showed me. You said it had never been used, which it had, and the apartment was entirely too big. So that is why I only paid you half.”

She sent this back: “I am sorry you didn't like the apartment and that you thought it was too big. It's too bad you didn't have enough furniture to fill it.”
