The Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling are one of the most popular books in the world. They have been the starter of many products sold in their name, for example, towels, school books, uniforms, films, video games and candy. Have they been translated into at least 67 different languages, including English and they have been sold in over 400 million copies (last updated in June 2008). Thus far, the first five books have been made into a series of motion pictures by Warner Bros. The story is mainly about a boy who finds out that he’s a wizard and goes to Hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizardry, where he faces many dangers, all relating Voldemort, the man who killed his parents.
The Harry Potter books are all a great reading and should interest everyone at any age.
