Í Harry Potter og fanginn frá Azkaban í kaflanum þar sem þau börðust við boggann fyrst. Þar voru allir skíthræddir við einhvað eins og kvenvofur, afhöggnar hendur, köngluær og einhvað þannig en ekki einn einasti nemandi var hræddastur/hræddust við Voldemort en samt þorir eiginlega enginn að segja nafnið hans.
