Myndin fjallar um fjórar 12 ára stelpur sem eyða sumri saman í kringum 1970 við að m.a. rannsaka morðgátur, horfa á nakta stráka og halda “fundi” í kirkjugörðum. 20 árum síðar hittast þær allar aftur til að fagna þegar ein þeirra fæðir barn.
