Only half a minute passes before the bedroom door opens and Luna steps out. The jeans she’s wearing seem to fit, but the t-shirt is baggy and a several numbers too big. “I thought I told to eat your cereal” Seth says and laughs a little. Luna replies with a grin, “I thought I told you I wasn’t hungry”. Seth gives her a big smile, throws his cigarette to the floor, steps on it and adds “Fair enough, let’s get going”.

They walk down a long hallway. There is a red carpet on the floor and the walls are concrete. The hallway reminds Luna of a hotel, the only difference is, there are no doors. Luna looks over her shoulder and watches the bedroom door growing smaller and smaller. In the ceiling hangs an occasional light bulb, some are flickering. Seth is walking pretty fast, Luna tries to catch up. “What’s the hurry?” She asks, not without annoyance. “This hallway is temporal, we can’t stay too long or else we fall”. “WHAT?!” Luna stops walking and looks at Seth with one eyebrow raised. “You heard me, now catch up, or you’ll fall”. Seth puts his hands in his pockets and starts walking faster. Luna mumbles something and runs after him.

Minutes pass. The hallway seems to have no end to it. Luna can barely see the door of the bedroom anymore. Seth is still walking in front of her, silent with his hands in his pockets. Luna finally breaks the silence by saying “What place is this, anyway?” Seth then very suddenly comes to a halt. Luna doesn’t notice since she was looking over her shoulder and bumps right into him. She falls backwards and lands on her back. “Ow, what was that supposed to mean!” Luna says in a sharp tone as she looks at Seth and rubs the back of her head. Seth then turns to her and looks her in the eyes. He gives her his hand and pulls her to her feet. Just as Luna is up, Seth grabs her with his arms and pulls her close to him. Luna wasn’t expecting it, but gives in, Seth now crosses his arms over her shoulders and pulls her head close to his chest. Luna doesn’t know what to think or say. She can feel his heartbeat close to her. A few intense seconds pass until Seth announces “We’re here!” and lets go of Luna.

Luna starts feeling dizzy, then nauseous. She watches Seth disappear before her eyes, slowly fading away. “Seth…?” The last thing she sees before she feels completely hollow is a comforting smile from Seth. A smile that says “trust me… it’s okay”.

The large man dressed in black is standing outside of a fortress remote to Travis City. Beside him are a couple of nervous looking scientist arguing about something, and the red haired woman in the skirt.

“If they've changed her already there's virtually nothing we can do!”, says the other one “I mean… remember what it was like back when the brothers had the Seraph on their band?!”, replies the second. The red haired woman takes a step forward. The scientist recoil a little. “Indeed, but aren't we a little too worried about that girl?” The scientist look back at the woman with a dumb, empty look on their faces. “Now hold on a second! Didn't you see him? Didn't you see the Seraph and the… that… that thing when they all…. you know…”. The scientist is interrupted by the woman. “You're chickenshit, worthless cowards, it's because of people like you that this situation is like it is!”

Suddenly it was as the sun had dimmed and the birds had silenced. A chilling gust of wind seemed to appear out of nowhere. A deep voice rises… like a cold shadow creeping over the land. “Aaron Loire and Archangel Azrael are no more” The large man had walked a few steps away from the group while they were arguing. “Sir!” The woman yells, almost dropping her stack of paper. The man seems almost unrealistically tall and muscular, a goliath.

“No further…. NO FURTHER!!” The man raises his arms and reaches for the sky. He takes a deep breath, devouring all emotion in the air like a vortex and leaving nothing but a faint feeling of reverence for the others. Then he starts speaking in an alien voice, almost like growling of a hungry pack of wolves. Demonic, bloodthirsty ones, that is. A voice sounding a few octaves too low to be true.

“No longer shall we bow to a lord too blind to even notice the corruption in his own land!” The wind starts picking up more speed. “Never again shall Pandæmonia have to suffer one disappointment after another! If the Emperor of Hell won't bring us the Son, I WILL!!!!”. The man suddenly rips his suit clean off, revealing his monster-like muscles. “ALL SHALL PERISH!!!”
The sky goes black, the wind gets sharper and the earth starts shaking. The environment that once was a desolate desert surrounding a sole military fortress in the middle of nowhere has changed. There is no longer any trace of human left in the man. Something else has surfaced, it’s as the man had become possessed with some demon.

The others stand paralyzed, not shielding their faces from the wind and the sand blowing at an incredible speed with it, scraping their skins. The woman's paperwork is scattered all around and joins a twister spiraling around the seven foot tall beast standing so firmly in the middle of all the chaos. The storm reaches it's climax, the earth starts breaking and opening below them and the sun is nowhere to be seen, but yet the environment is lighted by some omnipresent glow. The others who had been standing there, paralyzed, start fading away into dust, joining the storm and vanishing away. The fortress they came out of is gone as well, there is nothing surrounding the beast but a chaotic combination of darkness, sand and pure hell!

Then something goes off. The beast, standing with it's enormous hands raised to the skies, growling something in unintelligible language bursts into flames! An explosion goes off and the whole area is devoured by what seems to be a black inferno! Something so large and so loud that it forms a crater and blows all matter miles away at a ridiculous speed. The dark flames are not burning at all. It's not even fire! It's pitch black and moving back and forth like hundreds of tails leading from an immense dragon, anxious to break free! Then it all unfolds. The creature in the middle of it all lifts it's vast body above the ground and unfolds the black cape-like inferno around it into what seems to be a couple of ridiculously large wings, spreading hundreds of meters in each direction. The man has grown into a diabolical creature ten times his size, with dark brown skin and what seems to be a pair of vast, black horns growing from it's forehead, reaching behind it and halfway down it's back. It's eyes are like the burning pits of hell, glaring frantically into the distance. All around the creature are the black flames, moving and burning like the sun, yet organized and wing-like at the moment. The creature then roars so load and deep that the earth is shaken and takes off into the heavens at a speed in the neighborhood of the speed of sound. The creature forms a black, burning pillar as tall as the sky, causing complete destruction for anything that would get in the way. Then it is gone. The clouds fade away and the sun returns, the storm has vanished as well. The nature around has been leveled into a scorched landscape, consisting of bare rocks and cracks, deep as mountains. What once was a sandy desert is now something much much more desolate… a landscape similar to the one that can be found in hell.

A young man sits in a red armchair beside a fireplace. There are hundreds of books around it. On the mantel above it are a few pictures and sculptures. One picture shows a middle aged man, wearing glasses, standing beside a fence, another one shows a bird flying in the sky. The young man sitting in the armchair is reading “the call of Cthulu” by H.P. Lovecraft while drinking absinth from a crystal glass. It’s a small reading space beside a cozy fire.

The young man finishes from his glass while he turns to the next page. He puts it on a small coffee table in front of him. He grabs the flask and pours more absinth into the glass. He then puts the flask on top of a black leather book, lying on the table. The fire in the fireplace provides a warm, orange brightness. The man sits back in his chair, crosses his legs and brushes his hair with his free hand. His hair is very unusual. On the right side, it’s kinda short, but long enough to be put behind his ear. On the left side, it’s long. Long enough to actually reach his chest, ending there in a big curl. The man is wearing an eyeliner. Opposing him is another red armchair, but empty.

Beside the man’s armchair, hiding in the shadows is a rather queer looking character. An occasional flickering light from the fireplace lights up a portion of it’s face. The character appears to be a young woman, kneeling beside the man like an obedient dog. The girl is wearing a black tank top, kilted skirt and cream colored, knee high stockings. The girl is gagged with a red rubber ball on a leather strap and blindfolded. She is also wearing a bright red leather dog collar. There is a visible stream of saliva coming from her mouth, dripping on the Persian carpet below her. A silent moment passes before the girl suddenly moans and puts her hand on the man’s knee.

“Yes?”, the young man says, interrupted by the girl. She moans louder, like she’s asking for attention. The man looks back at her. He can’t see her face because of the blindfold, but still he senses some excitement in her expression. “Seth’s here?”. The girl lowers her head and agrees with another muffled moan.

“Well… we must get going then, don’t we”. The man’s back pops a little when he stands up from his chair. “come” he orders the girl as he puts his book on the coffee table and starts walking away from the fireplace, out of his reading space and towards a great oak table in a vast dining hall. The girl follows him on her knees. The walls in the hall are covered with paintings and large windows with equally impressive curtains as tall as the roof allows. An expensive looking vase with fresh flowers is placed in each corner of the hall. There are no lights on but the fireplace provides a flickering orange glow. The man reaches the table and puts his empty glass on it. The table seems to have no end to it. Matching oak chairs with red velvet cushions are lined up against it and it looks like it’s hosted a great number of dinner parties in it’s time. The man lights up a cigarette, looks at the girl behind him and smiles. “Are you ready Steph?, This is it!”. The girl doesn’t respond. A red leash is lying on the table beside his glass. The man picks it up and attaches it to the girls’ collar. “There you go”, he grunts as he stands up and puts the cigarette back in his mouth. The girl moves forward as her master pulls the leash, suggesting they should hurry.

Luna’s conscience returns slowly, like blood to a sleeping foot. She is feeling lighter than air. She can’t feel her body. The world around her feels alien. She can’t see anything, yet she sees a bright light. Luna flinches, tries to close her eyes, but the light doesn’t hurt. Hell, she can’t even feel her eyelids moving. Nothing around her seems to have effect on her in anyway, not even gravity. But she still has the undeniable feeling of moving upwards, towards a bright light. It’s getting bigger and bigger as she moves closer and closer until she is completely devoured by it.
Then, something happens. Everything turns dark for a minute. Luna starts feeling her senses grow stronger, and then her voice returns. She cries out Seth’s name in desperation. Then her limbs return. She can feel her arms, legs… and something extra. At first she hasn’t a single clue what it is, but then her skin returns.

Luna realizes she’s naked, and cold. A chilling gust is moving over her body, she then realizes she’s flying. High above the earth. Luna feels her ears returning. She can hear the roar of the wind as she moves through the clouds at an incredible speed. She looks around her but sees nothing but a white fog, a bright white fog. Then it hits her. That extra thing she is feeling are wings. No doubt about it. She doesn’t have to look over her shoulder to see she’s right. She knows it. But she takes a look anyway and is thrilled by what she sees.

A pair of huge, white, swan-like wings growing out of her back, stretching almost two meters in each direction. Luna can’t believe what she’s seeing. It’s incredible. She starts laughing, her mouth wide open and smiling, laughing out of sheer joy. She cries out happily as she increases her speed and roars through to skies. “How could this have happened? Am I dreaming?” Luna thinks to herself.

Then she remembers what had happened. She had awakened in a new place. Seth was there, he had watched over her as she slept. “What happened then?”, Luna is confused. She had followed Seth through a long hallway with flickering lights… then he stopped. Luna had walked right into him and hurt herself. Then she remembers. Her face goes red. Seth pulled her to her feet… and took her in his arms. Then he let go, and smiled a comforting smile.

“Jesus, how much time has passed?” It’s like all that happened days ago… but yet it’s so clear.
Then she felt it… something deep inside her told her something wasn’t right. No, whatever’s happening isn’t supposed to happen…. At least not yet. Luna bites her lip and takes a dive. She starts falling downwards, putting her wings up against her body to alter the wind resistance. Then she feels like there’s something behind her. A feeling so real she doesn’t even dare to look back… just escape it, whatever it is. But then she’s there… Luna brakes in mid-air to avoid the rocks. She makes a smooth landing on a small reef in the middle of the ocean. The wind is sharp and the sea is beating against it. Luna looks up, shielding her eyes from the ocean spray with her hand. Before her stands a grotesque creature. A man with the head of a goat and the wings of a bat. The creature walks up to her and says something in a foreign language. Then it takes off, but leaving something behind. Luna watches the creature fly away until it disappears into the clouds, not as confused and freaked out as she maybe should be. Luna takes a few steps towards the object the creature left behind. It’s a pendant. Luna picks it up with her hand. The pendant is made of silver. It’s an upside-down cross. Luna somehow feels disgusted as she slides it around her neck, but safe. Then comes another visitor. An angel (just like her) descends from the skies and hangs in the air few feet above Luna. It’s a girl with long blond hair… there is so much light coming from her that Luna can’t help but peering her eyes. Then she hears Seth’s voice

“Luna, can you hear me?”
